TRAINING PROGRAM

The program will be emailed as a PDF document within 24 hours of purchase. The program consists of advanced 8-weeks hybrid training with a goal of developing muscle mass, power, and endurance. The program breaks up the 8-weeks into 3 phases. The 1st phase will be emailed immediately, the 2nd phase will be emailed out in 3 weeks (June 7) and 3rd phase on June 28th.
